Damaged Items Exception
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an item arrives damaged and there is clear proof that the damage occurred before you received the product.
To qualify for a damaged-item claim:
• You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage
• Evidence must show the item was damaged prior to being worn or used
• Claims must be submitted within a 74 hour time limit after delivery
Avalone Park reserves the right to approve or deny any claim at its discretion.

If an item is listed as a preorder, production and shipping will take the time stated on the product page. In some cases, preorders may take an additional 2–3 weeks longer than originally listed due to production delays, shipping constraints, or quality control.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept these possible delays.
